Open the Quad icons and set the size the appropriate number of icons. Click on the FabricUIIconSet to open the inspector window. Press the Apply button to apply the change. Creating my own icons is therefore not easy and i rely on available libraries. The MRTK has a great set of prefabs for menus which includes buttons where you can select from a small set of icons.
